Kaspersky Expands Training Access for Cybersecurity Professionals

Kaspersky has enhanced its Partner Locator service by introducing a dedicated section for Authorized Training Centres, providing cybersecurity professionals, resellers, and Kaspersky partners worldwide with streamlined access to technical training.

The expansion aligns with findings from Kaspersky’s report, The Portrait of a Modern Information Security Professional, highlighting the growing need for continuous education in the field.

According to the report, 46% of cybersecurity specialists pursue additional training later in their careers to address real-world security challenges beyond theoretical knowledge.

The primary motivators for further education include deepening expertise (58%) and career advancement (20%).

Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Kaspersky is expanding its global technical training ecosystem to keep professionals updated on the latest security solutions.

The newly added Learning Centres section within the Partner Locator simplifies finding and enrolling in training programs tailored to evolving cybersecurity needs.

Kaspersky’s network of Authorized Training Centres operates across META, LatAm, APAC, DACH, Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Africa, and Russia & STAN.

These centers offer courses in local languages and flexible formats, including online, offline, and hybrid options, making professional development more accessible.

The training programs, led by Kaspersky-certified trainers, blend theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical labs to ensure participants can effectively apply their skills in real-world scenarios.

Participants receive official Kaspersky training materials and a Certificate of Course Attendance upon completion.

Additionally, they can take an examination free of charge to attain Certified Kaspersky Professional status.

“Expanding the Kaspersky Partner Locator with training centers is a major step in strengthening the global cybersecurity ecosystem,” said Sergey Boyko, Head of Technical Education and Certification at Kaspersky.

“We believe that a cybersecurity professional’s training should be a joint effort between both the employer and the vendor providing the solutions. We are committed to equipping our partners and customers with top-tier technical training and certification, ensuring they have the expertise to deliver the best cybersecurity worldwide.”

By integrating training access within the Partner Locator, Kaspersky is reinforcing its commitment to professional development in cybersecurity, helping professionals stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
