The Canva app, which is extensively used for designing, was unavailable, which disrupted the experience of all of its users across the globe.
Initially, a large number of users complained that they were unable to log onto the website, which indicated that the situation was significant.
This issue was soon discovered on Downdetector, a website that monitors service disruptions, and it was accompanied by hundreds of customer complaints when it was discovered.
According to the information that was available, there were 390 reports in India. However, the majority of users reported that they were unable to access the Canva website, while the remaining users experienced issues with the mobile app.
Canva took swift action to resolve the issue, and the application seems to be operating normally today.
